Product care

Paying special attention to the care of your items will prolong their life. The washing instructions on the care label provide helpful advice and are a good starting point. If you have questions about stubborn stains, delicate fabrics or eco washes, our customer service team is happy to help.

Jewellery

Keep jewels away from water and chemicals; remove them during exercise, store them separately in a soft bag.
For small stains on one of our jewellery items, we recommend using a soft cloth. Avoid contact with liquids.

Bags

From day one, protect your bag and remember to clean it to avoid damaging it. To remove stains from a bag, clean the item with cold, mild soapy water using a damp cloth. Keep the bag padded to keep its shape. Do not leave it in direct sunlight as it may cause stains.

Scarves

Our scarves, if used with care, can have a long life. Check the washing instructions on each product for specific characteristics.

Sunglasses

To take care of your sunglasses, we recommend cleaning them with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Store the glasses in their own pouch or hard case to minimize the risk of damage from bumps and scratches.

Hair

To clean possible stains, use a soft cloth.

Belts

Leather is a natural material and can be sensitive, so remember to keep moisture, heat and chemicals away. To remove stains, clean the belt with a slightly damp cloth.
